Why not per-seat?
When we do turn on subscription pricing, it won’t be per-seat. Invisibles is a platform, not a headcount tax. A Prompt called from MCP by a developer costs the same as the same Prompt called by voice by an operator. You’ll pay per tenant, and AWS will pay itself.

What does Invisibles actually cost?
Two numbers. One, your cloud compute — roughly $18 a month on the low end and $36 on the high end for a mid-sized team, paid directly to AWS or Azure. Two, the Invisibles subscription — free today during design partner mode, and set per-tenant (not per-seat) in direct conversation when we turn on subscription pricing.
Why is the cloud bill so low compared to other AI tools?
Because you only pay for the compute your Agents actually use, on the cloud you already run. There is no vendor markup on inference, no per-seat tax, and no duplicated storage. Most Agents call the AI model a few thousand times a day, which is pennies on Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card. You pay your cloud provider for the compute during the trial, which is about $0.60 a day. If you don't already have AWS or Azure, a Salesforce consulting partner can set it up for you in an afternoon.
Do I pay AWS or Azure separately?
Yes, directly. The install runs inside your cloud account, so the compute, storage, and AI inference appear on your existing AWS or Azure invoice. No middleman. If you resell AWS or Azure as a consulting partner, the margin stays yours.
When will subscription pricing turn on?
When Invisibles leaves design partner mode. Pricing will be per-tenant, not per-seat, so a Prompt called from MCP by a developer costs the same as the same Prompt called by voice by an operator. Design partners lock in their terms during the partnership.
What happens to my install if Invisibles changes its pricing later?
Design partner pricing is locked in writing for the duration of the partnership. After that, pricing conversations happen in advance of any change. The software runs inside your own cloud, so there is no forced upgrade path.
