invisibles
Why Invisibles

Every company we talked to had the same list.

An AI idea from a VP. Another from an enablement lead. A third from the new head of revenue operations. None of them shipped, because every one of them needed IT, and IT was six months behind.

The pattern repeats at every mid-market and enterprise company we visit. Three good ideas this quarter, from three people closest to the customer. Each one would save a few hours a week, or close a handful more deals, or catch a renewal before it slipped. And each one sits in a queue.

The queue is not cruelty. Its capacity. The IT department is genuinely six months behind. Security review takes four weeks. Vendor procurement takes another six. The SaaS platform needs to be approved, the data-sharing agreement negotiated, the SSO wired up, the change-management ticket escalated. By the time the approval comes back, the operator who had the idea has moved on to the next thing, or is now a former employee.

We built Invisibles to remove the part of that queue the operator actually cared about. The product ships with fifty Prompts and Skills in the box, so Day One is working, not wireframing. It runs in the customers own cloud account, so there is no vendor review for a new SaaS. Authoring is bot-first, so a RevOps lead who has never opened a JSON file can build a real Prompt or Skill in a half hour.

Whats left for IT is what IT should be doing. Security configuration. SSO and SCIM. Retention policy. Billing. The bot does not touch any of that. IT keeps the keys and the audit trail. The operator gets the idea live by lunch.

The best ideas in the building come from people closest to the customer. Invisibles exists so the distance from their idea to a running system is hours, not quarters.

Most AI tools ask you to visit them.

The default shape of an AI product today is a destination. You open a tab. You switch away from the system your team actually works in. You paste context. You wait. You copy the result back into the tool you were using before. The AI is the destination. Your work is the detour.

Your team does not live in a new tab. They live in their CRM, in Slack, on a WhatsApp thread, inside Teams, inside Microsoft Copilot, on a phone call, behind a REST endpoint your engineers already wrote into the app your customers already use. Thats where questions get asked, and thats where answers are needed.

Invisibles shows up in those places. The same Agent your rep uses is reachable from a voice call, from a Slack message, from an MCP client like Claude Desktop, and from a signed REST call inside your own apps. Same Agent, same governance, same audit trail. Your workflow doesnt change shape. The AI aligns to you, not the other way around.

We call it Invisibles because the AI isnt the thing you look at. Its behind what you already use. When its working well, nobody talks about it. The account gets renewed. The deal brief is on the call. The digest lands on Monday. The AI is invisible, on purpose.

The best AI is the AI you dont have to visit.

The team.

The team behind Invisibles brings over 200 years of combined experience across large enterprises in the United States, the Middle East, and Asia. Were technologists, business leaders, and operators whove spent careers inside the kind of companies this product is built for. Weve watched too many good ideas die in the queue. We built Invisibles so the next one doesnt have to.
