How we handle data on this site.

What we collect on this site.

We collect only a small amount of data on invisibles.app. Google Analytics 4 records basic traffic signals — page views, approximate referrer, device and browser type, and general usage events needed to understand site traffic — but only if you grant analytics consent through the cookie banner.

We also receive information you send us directly: emails to hello@invisibles.app, security or DPA requests sent to security@invisibles.app, partner inquiries sent to partners@invisibles.app, and demo booking information if you choose to book through cal.com/invisibles/demo. That booking happens on an external site and is governed by that provider’s own privacy terms.

What we do not collect.

We do not use this site for cross-site advertising or behavioural profiling. Specifically, there are no ad-network pixels, retargeting tags, Meta or X or LinkedIn tracking tags, heatmaps, session-replay tools, third-party chat widgets, or hidden data brokers or enrichment scripts on invisibles.app. If analytics consent is not granted, Google Analytics cookies should not be set.

Legal bases.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our basis for processing depends on the activity. We rely on consent for analytics cookies and Google Analytics measurement on this site. Where you contact us directly, we rely on legitimate interests to use the information you send to respond to your request, manage business communications, and protect the site. If you withdraw analytics consent, we will stop using analytics cookies going forward.

Your rights.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of data, withdraw consent for analytics, or object to or restrict certain processing where the law provides that right.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@invisibles.app or hello@invisibles.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Third parties.

We currently rely on a short list of third parties for this site. Google Analytics 4 powers website analytics — see Google’s privacy policy. Firebase Hosting serves the site — see Firebase’s privacy policy. If you book a demo, you will be sent to Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy and terms.

Data retention.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Outside of analytics, we do not maintain a separate marketing database on this site based on tracking cookies. Emails you send us may remain in our inboxes for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, or keep a business record.

International transfers.

Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. Where required, these transfers are typically supported by contractual safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If you are in a jurisdiction with transfer restrictions, that is the main transfer path relevant to this site.

Children.

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 through invisibles.app.

Product privacy.

This policy is about the marketing site only. For the customer-cloud product, privacy and data handling are addressed through customer contracts, including a DPA where applicable, and through the materials on our security and compliance pages.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and change the last-updated date below.
